Reason for choosing therapy:
Amina was struggling with long-standing PTSD symptoms, nervous system dysregulation, and difficulty trusting traditional therapeutic approaches.
Why this product chosen:
She chose a blended solution to incorporate Reiki for energetic balance, mindfulness for safety and breath connection, hypnotherapy to gently shift deep-seated trauma responses, and coaching to map a compassionate life strategy forward.
Background:
As a frontline healthcare worker, Amina experienced a traumatic event during a night shift and was later diagnosed with PTSD. Though she had support, she felt disconnected from her body and was seeking a healing pathway that included the body, mind, and spirit.
Client transformation:
By the end of our work, Amina had moved from hyper-vigilance to stillness—journaling again, reconnecting with nature, and rediscovering her inner strength. She called it “a return to feeling safe being me., reporting a sensation lost for many years.
Observations:
We began with Reiki to establish safety in the body, followed by guided breathwork and mindfulness grounding. Once a sense of inner space opened, we layered in hypnotherapy for subconscious healing and coaching for daily resilience practices. By week four, Amina was calmer, sleeping without nightmares, and crying less in sessions.
Client feedback:
“I didn’t think I’d ever be able to relax again. This blended support gave me more than healing—it gave me permission to rebuild. I feel strong, steady, and finally safe.”
