Background:

Trina, a former teacher turned stay-at-home mum, had been experiencing a low-level identity crisis. Empty nesting triggered grief and aimlessness, while her fibromyalgia symptoms intensified. She wanted more than talk therapy—she needed practical healing and reconnection.

Client transformation:

Trina rediscovered joy in her identity beyond motherhood. She took up painting, joined a local women’s group, and began waking with energy and purpose. Her fibromyalgia pain also became more manageable with daily mindful movement.
